Maybe it's too soon to tell, but to date, I really can't tell any difference. If you are able to take capsules, they are easy to take. I just need to start feeling some improvement, and have only felt the slightest bit of aid so far. Maybe after I've taken more. If I start noticing a difference, I'll come back and edit my review. Seems it might be best for those who only need a little relief, but results might be different for others.

I am an avid runner and cyclist and a little bit older. I have been running consecutively for almost 30 years, and my joints, especially my knees, feel it. I found these Daiwa Joint Health supplements and thought I would give them a try because I cannot feel a difference with the glucosamine chondroitin supplements I have been taking for years. And no, I won't just stop running to help avoid the aches, so don't suggest it! What I liked about these Joint Health pills was that 1) they are smaller than the various glucosamine pills I have taken in the past and 2) I actually felt some relief after taking them consistently. My knees aren't as cranky as they normally are! I am sold on these and am so glad I found them.
