Wholesale Policy

Establishing an Account:

To establish a wholesale relationship with us, there is an approval process.  

1) You are required to sign-up for a wholesale account online.

2) You must submit the following: proof of business and/or professional license/certificate.

You may upload files via our online registration form, email (info@dhdusa.net) or fax your information to (310) 329-2362.  We will send you an email confirmation once your application is approved. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any order and/or discontinue a wholesale relationship at our discretion.

Note: All applications are subject for approval by Daiwa Health Development, Inc. (typically 1-2 days). Submission of an application is not a guarantee of approval and does not provide immediate access to wholesale pricing. 

Prices:

All prices in USD are wholesale.  Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping and Handling Policy:

We require a minimum order of 6 bottles per variant. Standard shipping rate is $4.99 via FedEx Ground.  To qualify for FREE shipping, a minimum order of 12 bottles is required.

All orders are shipped from Gardena, CA.  Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order is received via FedEx Ground, unless otherwise discussed.  Standard shipping fee of $4.99 will be calculated and added during checkout if your order is less than 12 bottles.  For a special delivery or pick-up arrangements, please contact us at info@dhdusa.net or call us at (310) 329-2362.

For orders containing out-of-stock, Daiwa Health Development, Inc. will treat these as backorders.  Backorders are not guaranteed at a certain period of time but we will try our best to ship the product as soon as it becomes available.
